A single-wall HDPE tank stores all types of liquids. For a polluting substance (chemicals, fuel oil), a retention basin is required.

A double wall / jacket / skin adds safety for chemical, corrosive or polluting products: the second skin retains the liquid in case of accident, and leak detectors signal the presence of liquid in the interstitial space.

Vertical HDPE tanks suit indoor or outdoor storage, single or double skin, by helical extrusion winding or sheet fabrication.

Horizontal tanks are offered above ground on cradles or buryable, from 1.5 to 30 m³. They are valued for their resistance to corrosive products, light weight and ease of maintenance.

Three families, depending on the installation: SECURIBOX’Optima® for upward unloading by pressurising the tanker, SECURIBOX’Classic® for downward unloading, and VIGIFLUX® to fill up to 4 tanks from one point or unload with a built-in “plug & play” pump up to 30 m³/h. Equipment is customisable and delivered ready to use, with a technical file.

The DOSINGBOX® range protects the operator and secures pump dosing: 1 door (1 or 2 pumps), 2 doors (2 or 3 pumps) or 3 doors (up to 5 or 6 pumps). Pumps can be supplied by the customer or ordered with the enclosure.

PANEL® suits tight spaces. Custom fabricated enclosures, piping and pumps assembled in our workshops complete the offer. DOSINGBOX units accept metering pumps up to 600 l/h.

Safety showers to rinse eyes and skin in case of splash: Best Of, All Stainless, Extreme Cold and Standalone ranges. We also offer mobile retentions for containers and drums, to protect operators and installations.

From preliminary design to commissioning: studies, drawings, process, layout, tanks, unloading stations, pumps, walkways, ventilation, instrumentation, piping, electrical work, automation, commissioning and staff training.

Stockage & Systèmes also designs specific installations: SNCR Denox, urea and AdBlue dilution, acid dilution, odour treatment, gas scrubbers, POLYGROUP® polymer preparation.

Needs analysis, then design and manufacture of thermoplastic parts and assemblies: complex apparatus, pump skids, ventilation ducts, piping isometrics. Cutting, drilling, welding, bending, assembly, machining and fusion welding. Food processing, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, automotive, aerospace, surface treatment, waste and air treatment.

Yes. About 300 tanks are delivered each year, in France and internationally. Standard and abnormal-load convoys (exceptional convoys) by experienced partner carriers, including on cross-border routes, with tracking through to site. Factory loading and unloading (crane lifting, handling) are organised with qualified staff.

French manufacturing: head office and southern plant in Rousset (13), northern plant in Albert (80), with a presence in Belgium as well. More than 30 years of expertise.

Three techniques: solid helical extrusion winding (EELIX subsidiary) for large volumes and the most demanding acids or bases; sheet bending and fusion welding for smaller volumes; rotomoulding for SECURIBOX®, VIGIFLUX®, DOSINGBOX® and PANEL®.

HDPE, PVC and PVDF, depending on the product and the process. Tanks and installations for corrosive liquids, concentrated acids, strong bases, chemical effluents, and food-grade or non-food liquids compatible with HDPE. Raw materials come from European manufacturers and are inspected on arrival.

Then manufacturing, transport, installation (crane lifting, assembly, piping, tests, CACES-qualified staff), commissioning (electrical work, automation, start-up assistance) and training.
