SECURIBOX'Classic®: gravity unloading downwards or tanker pressurisation
SECURIBOX’Classic® units are tanker-pressurisation unloading solutions designed for companies that handle chemicals and seek to guarantee the safety of their employees and the environment while simplifying their unloading operations. This range is rather recommended for unloading via a vertical valve with rising piping.
There are three SECURIBOX’Classic® models, each designed to meet different needs.
The SECURIBOX’Classic® cabinet is a wall-mounted or support-mounted solution that can be used for unloading by pressurising the truck. It includes a horizontal valve for tanker pressurisation. It is fitted with drip recovery in a 30-litre enclosure and includes standard recommendations engraved in the mass.
The SECURIBOX’Classic® terminal is an unloading solution that can be used for unloading by pump, compressed air or gravity. It includes an unloading valve and coupling in DN50 or DN80 and 300-litre drip recovery. It is free-standing and can be fixed to the floor. Our SECURIBOX ranges are designed for use within the limits of -30°C and +50°C.
It also includes a built-in PPE box and standard recommendations engraved in the mass. The SECURIBOX’Classic® terminal is also available in a SECURIBOX’Classic® “carboy” version with drip recovery in a carboy (not supplied) instead of a tank. This version of VIGIFLUX® has the same characteristics as VIGIFLUX® with a built-in “plug & play” pump. It strengthens the safety of your chemical installations and reduces the risk of water hammer thanks to its robustness.
It is a version without a pump: unloading is carried out by pressurising the tanker or by an intermediate pump. Choose this enclosure if you are looking for a pumpless, mobile, secure and resistant unloading system.
VIGIFLUX® Series E and P - with built-in “plug & play” pump up to 30 m3/h
VIGIFLUX® is the ideal solution for the safe transfer of hazardous materials. This recyclable HDPE (high-density polyethylene) enclosure is fitted with a customised diaphragm or centrifugal pump as well as piping, reducing toxic fumes and product leaks during chemical transfer from one container to another. At Stockage & Systèmes, we understand the importance of minimising exposure to hazardous materials during their transport and handling, which is why we developed VIGIFLUX®. The VIGIFLUX® enclosure can accommodate pneumatic diaphragm pumps or magnetically driven centrifugal pumps, allowing flow rates of up to 35 m3/h. This pumping system can be calibrated to pump the appropriate quantity for each application, offering a customised solution for your chemical transfer needs.

Thanks to the VIGIFLUX® enclosure, the safety of your chemical installations is strengthened during the unloading process. This system also reduces the risk of water hammer that occurs when tanks are pressurised.
The VIGIFLUX® enclosure is designed with a high-density polyethylene structure, impermeable to corrosion, and can hold up to 150 litres thanks to its retention bund. It can also be fitted with wheels for greater mobility. The size of this enclosure is standardised with overall dimensions of 1,200 mm in length, 800 mm in width and 1,230 mm in height when the cover is closed.
As an option, VIGIFLUX® can be fitted with a detector that reports possible leaks to reduce air pollution and toxic vapour risks, a heating device to prevent freezing in extreme situations, and an alarm that monitors the liquid level in the tank and whether the system is running dry.
With VIGIFLUX®, you can be assured of a safe, secure chemical transfer while minimising risks to health and the environment.
The built-in “Plug & Play” pump is a pump incorporated into a piping system that can be connected easily and immediately without additional configuration. The term “Plug & Play” means that installation is fast and simple. This feature is very useful for equipment requiring a quick, efficient start-up, without having to make complicated adjustments. The built-in “Plug & Play” pump saves time and efficiency when using the equipment.
